Supporting Our Patients & Their Families

Recovery doesn’t happen alone. From day one, we work closely with families and caregivers to provide guidance, education and encouragement every step of the way.

Orientation & Training

We are committed to helping families feel informed, prepared and confident throughout the rehabilitation journey. From initial orientation to ongoing training, our team provides personalized support to ensure you understand your loved one’s care plan, progress and goals.

Families are encouraged to participate in therapy sessions, observe progress and learn the skills needed to support a safe and successful transition home.

Stroke Support Group

Our monthly Stroke Support Group offers a welcoming space for survivors and caregivers to connect, learn and share experiences. Led by our team of physicians, therapists and specialists, each session provides valuable insights into recovery, risk reduction and life after stroke.

Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month from 12 – 1 p.m.
